FLAME ON.

Today had Practical on CAT INTERNATIONAL BUFFET. I TELL YOU, IT WAS SO SCREWED UP =X. Firstly, one of my teammate, a malay guy accidently burned his hand when frying the chicken in oil. That forced me to quickly rush through to cook the Jasmine Rice that is required for the buffet as, the gals in the team require help to do a simple task of frying the chicken. =__= As a result of rushness, some water was spilled out of the rice cooker pot. WHICH oso very suai to let the Invigilator to see that. (Minus marks)

After that, went to the stove to help out to fry the chicken. I was expecting to use a wok or sumtin big to fry the whole lot of chicken. But to my suprise, the gals are using a very small and pathetic frying pan to fry the chicken, which the Invigilator INSTRUCTED to do so. So bo bian lor, carried on frying in the small pan. ALL the girls in the team just crowded around doing notin to see me frying the chicken, which the Invigilator oso unhappy (Minus marks). THEN when come to straining the chicken from the frying pan, That Invigilator told mi to pour the oil from the strained chicken back to the frying pan. I did what is told and A short & violent Sizzing in the frying pan followed by fire coming out from the frying pan for more than 5 seconds (Minus mark) + the im holding the pan in my hand (Minus even more marks). Judging from that situation, the only way to keep the fire down in the pan is to either off the stove or to remove the pan from the stove. But offing the stove is impossibe, so only left with removing the pan from the stove. BUT At that time there was also no other place to place the "ON FIRE" frying pan as the area around the stove is placed with alot of stuff. So only way, Carry in hand (Minus marks like hitting jackpot due to neglating safety of ownself and classmate). Thanks ahh ms Invigilator, if you nvr interfere with us using the wok or bigger equipments to fry the chicken, THIS wont happen. This is because the surface area of the frying pan is just too small to handle so much of mixture of oil+water thus resulting in this situation. Simple physics. =X

Yesterday, kena kick out of Class. Today FLAME ON experience. What other unfortunate event awaits me tomorrow? >_<
